everything happens for a reason bro. Why don't you see what God wants you to do back here besides taking your exam. Maybe you can bless somebody that you couldnt have blessed if you we're in the Philippines? :) Make the best of it.
Trust in The Lord, and lean not on your own understanding...
Bro, even while you can't go up to the Philippines, God has a plan for you, not to make you sad, but to make you a stronger person in Him, and to be the salt and light. Everywhere is a mission field, even right where you are now.
Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and ALL these things shall be added unto you.
